New owner of a barely used Gazelle Ultimate T10+!
Born and raised in The Netherlands, I grew up with Gazelle and their quality bicycles.
Now, having lived in Los Angeles for almost 20 years, it is time to promote Gazelle in SoCal and ride this beauty up and down the streets of my home town.
I am looking forward to learning from this great e-bike community and of course sharing my experiences with others.

Welcome!! Excellent choice of rides! I love mine.

Here is a shot of mine with the Gazelle panniers. I also got the MIK mounting system on my rack for ease of swapping accessories too.

Nice looking panniers! Thanks for sharing! I was planning to buy red panniers to match the frame but your color looks awesome.
I looked at the Gazelle website but it seems I'm forced to used this MIK adapter plate. I'd like to interchange my future panniers with my other bikes and I don't see myself installing MIK adapters on 3 bikes. Also, I like the idea of mounting just a single bag for 'non-grocery' trips. On my short list are the Ortlieb Roller Classic or a the Arkel Orca. The Arkel clamps are made of steel where the Ortlieb is made of plastic which is more prone to break.
Below a picture of someone who installed an Ortlieb City roller bag.

Looking forward to alternative panniers that others mounted to their ebike.

Here is a set of cheap reflectorized bags I use on my regular bicycle. I love my old bike with the shaft drive!! Here is the Gazelle too with the same bags.

Hi! Thanks for sharing the additional pictures with the reflective panniers. Grey looks good to with the champion red frame color.

I ride wthe same bike to work and have been doing so since march of last year. Is my new car! Have not had any single problem except for a flat tire. Gazelles are super reliable.
I use the Ortlieb Gravel Panniers.
Nice setup! I am leaning towards the Ortlieb panniers too. Likely the Classic roller bag in either black or red. I am planning a trip to REI this week to see if I like the roller type bags. I have a cheap bag with a single buckle on the side to close the top. Seems easier and faster than rolling a bag and closing 2 buckles each time. Just like to practice in REI to find out if practical and user friendly. I will use the bags mostly for carrying a sturdy bike lock and getting groceries.

Nice saddle. Is that the Brooks B17? I just mounted a Brooks B67 since my riding style is more upright. I have a B17 on my hybrid bike which I love.

Nice bike!

When riding the Gazelle T10+ what comes to my mind is how it must have been to drive a Duesenberg in the day, breezing past the spindly common cars.
Decide to use a trunk instead of panniers.
What it looks behind my trailer – I’m on the road now.

Awesome setup! Thanks for sharing. Please be careful and lock your bikes while camping. We camped in Carpinteria, CA a few weeks ago and neighbors in our row had 2 e-bikes stolen overnight. Both were locked.
I need to either modify my custom RV surfboard/bike rack to accommodate 2 heavy 50+LB e-bikes or mount a 2" hitch receiver in the front of the RV and buy a rack like yours.
Are you happy with your Thule?

Here is our hauling situation. We have a Riverstone Legacy 37FLTH and we tie them down in the back with the other stuff. So far so good!!

Our friends use a 1Up ratcheting double rack which is more than up for the job with 2 e bikes.

Hi Viking1, wow a triple axle 37' trailer! I wish we had the luxury of so much storage space in our 19' motor home :)
I read good reviews of the 1UP bike rack. Will study in more detail. Have a great weekend!

False advertising!! I wish it was 37’,but it is actually 42’. Thank you for the kind words!! The 1Up racks are very well made and easy to use. You have lots of places you can go with your motor home we can’t even consider in ours which is most State and National Parks. We do need the space though as we are full time RVers.
