Get Connected With Mission Control 3.0

When I upgraded to 3.0 I lost all my ride history. That happen to anyone else?

Creo setting to negate bike weight?

I find at 15/50% there is very little difference between boost and no boost. Raising it to 20/50% and there is a noticeable boost. I suppose the neutral point is somewhere between these, but you can only tune in steps of 5.

Two E-Creo issues: Range Extender depletion/Firmware Update

I took my Creo in for an update on the motor and the display. The next time I took it out for a ride the display didn't work. Turns out they updated the display but then neglected to pair it to the bike. I paired it myself but how could they give it back to the customer like that? They obviously...

Why is the SL motor so very noisy?

Prior to my Creo I had a Yamaha Wabash. The dealer replaced its motor because of excessive noise. I guess all brands deal with the occasional lemon.

Discounts or freebies on Creo purchases?

When I purchased my Creo, the shop gave me 3 items. They swapped the 28 road tires for the 38 gravel tires, they swapped the seat post for the S-Works post which has some shock absorption, and they threw in the TCD display.

    Creo Remote Control DIY

Yes, the remote is designed to mount on a 7/8" bar so the extender unit will work just fine. Unfortunately, the Creo has road drop bars that are larger than 7/8" so the remote will not mount directly to the bars.

There's a reason that HD is also referred to as "Hardly Ablesome". 🤣

    Motor Error

I’ve mentioned before but I experienced motor errors on my new Creo. Specialized sent the dealer a new motor to replace mine but the problem continued. They then determined it was a problem in the wiring harness and the solution was to give me a new bike. Not one problem since...

Creo SL Comp Carbon EVO Vs SL Expert

Since the only differences between models are wheels, seat post, and Di2, many of us choose their bike by color. I bought the Comp in white/red and swapped the road tires for 38s. I had a dropper post on a previous bike and rarely used it so I saw no reason to buy the EVO in a drab color.

    New carbon wheels for Creo?

Kattanm, doesn't the Creo come stock with tubeless compatible wheels that are ready for gravel? Or are you looking for inexpensive carbon wheels?

tube vs tubeless tires - any significant weight difference

My experience with sealant in tubes is with my wife’s bike. I added sealant to her tubes to prevent or lessen the chance of her having a flat. I periodically have to pump up her tires but the last time neither the front or rear would take air. I pulled the wheels and found both presta stems...

    Mission Control Question

Mission Control needs some means of communication to transmit to Strava. Have you tried connecting the phone to Wi-Fi and then transmitting? That should work.

    2021 Creo Road Remote?

Yes, if you could post pictures of you pointing to the location of the control buttons on each bar. Are they in the front of the bar, bottom of the bar, near the hoods, in the middle, or near the stem. I wonder if there is enough slack wire to allow the owner to unwrap the bar and move the...

Mission Control - Creo rider power vs motor power

Can you run both Mission Control and BLEvo at the same time or can you have only one Bluetooth connection active?

    Creo - long climb range?

I don't have the Range Extender so the climb was all on the main battery. I can't say how long it took as I stopped at Windy Point (about 1/2 way up) for a lunch break.

    Creo - long climb range?

My longest climb was up Mt Lemmon, outside Tucson, Arizona. It's a 22 mile climb with 6,500 ft elevation gain. I can't say what power levels I used as I was switching back and forth as required. I had 10% battery at the top so fortunately it was 22 miles of downhill back to my vehicle. Keep in...

    What is Error Code 144?

I haven't had an error 144 on my Creo SL but I did have multiple error 512 where the motor would shut down. There is a reset procedure but I don't remember what it is. Anyway, I reset and everything was back to normal until the error appeared again. It was a loop; ride, error, reset, ride...

    Orbea range extender

Why would you use the Orbea range extender rather than the Specialized? I doubt the Orbea plug would be compatible with the Specialized charge port.
