NE Wisc, Door Cty to Sheboygan routes??

Hi, looking for interesting and low traffic bike routes. NE Wisc —- Sheboygan start.

I have a visit in Sheboygan and then free to wander my way back in car to Minnesota.
I could camp in one spot a night or two if a great central hub was found for exploring .

Very new and horrible on RideWith GPS but links to any suggested routes appreciated.

Door county is a nice place, in my opinion, to ride bikes on the smaller county roads. The two main highways 57 and 42 are too busy, but try some of the roads along the lakeshore, From what I've seen, the locals who live there also use them to walk, bike, etc, so cars aren't bad. Ridden from the Sturgeon Bay Coast Guard Station up to White Fish dunes on those roads. It's not on the way to MN though,

Also taken the gravel bike trail (Ahnapee State Trail) from Sturgeon Bay to Algoma. SOme nice scenic spots for a City Mouse like me,.
