Head Stem Replacement

Hi guys, this is my first post.
I just had my blue Frey CC delivered last week and am waiting on the 21ah battery (hopefully comes today).

I want to replace the head stem for a higher adjustable one. Can anyone please advise the dimensions of the head stem & Frey handlebars (in mm), so I don't get the wrong size.

Stem: Alloy, 50mm length
Handlebar: Alloy, 25mm rise, 780mm, 31.8mm clamp

Thanks for this info. It is a Shimano Alivio group set - don't know where this sits in the Shimano lineup. I think that the rear cassette is 11/34 teeth (but would need to confirm it). In any event it is too low & I am getting a 44T chain ring from Frey...

right! it's Shimano Alivio 9s (11-34T)
