Hi Everyone,
I am having trouble with my Giant Twist 2.0 electric bike. When the motor engages there seems to be resistance and a rubbing sound coming from inside. It works but can not get up to top speed as there is resistance. It almost feels like the brakes are on as the motor runs. I have been looking all over for a manual but with the age of the bike I can't seem to find one online. If anyone has any tips on trouble shooting this problem that would be great.
