Since Silca moved from Italy to the USA in 2014 we see that the prices go up and up... SKS still just produces in Germany, and thats not the case with Silca, there are more and more products "designed by Silca" made....

Just take a look at what these pumps would cost in a given webshop in Euro's

The Pista is in the same range as the Floordrive or Rennkompressor, just costing more than double.

The CEO of Silca Josh Poertner has a vlog where he talks about Silca products and prices, difficulties with tarriffs, how they survived the covid boom and bust and most entertainingly; the war of words with other bike brands like Muc Off! No idea if Silca is worth the extra outlay, but he is entertaining and it's great to see a CEO talk to customers directly like this.
