I would try getting a hold of Schwalbe tech support. If this is truly a defective tire they may be willing to replace it. I would sure do that before I warped my rim to compensate for a bad tire.
It wasn't that bad and I could ride no-hands comfortably until I added the spare battery to the rack, then the effect was amplified and the wobble would go out of control.
When I had my hands on the handlebars I didn't feel any wobble at all.
So in a way I'm just being fussy, and I don't mind trying to fix it myself.
I've been warping and unwarping wheels since I was 12 years old.
It just takes time, patience, and a lot of trial and error.
I never aim for perfect. Good enough is always good enough, and if I can ride no-hands with two batteries, then that would be good enough.
One thing that I did notice though, is that the tires came double folded into a figure 8 with a zip ties holding it.
It's a wire bead tire, so they couldn't roll it up, but I thought that it would be shipped flat and not put into a square package.
The tires did had a few kinks in the bead when I unfolded them, then they sat for three months before I installed them, so it was too late for an Amazon return.
