Nyon / eBike Connect routing is ignoring OpenStreetMap sections marked "no access" etc

Hi there, I understand there are some Bosch staff monitoring these forums so thought I'd try here as never get any replies at all when I email the support address!

I have a Load 75 with the CargoLine Speed motor and the Nyon. On many routes plotted via the Nyon (or on eBike Connect) the routing goes through sections that are impossible to access in real life. I'll give you an example - plot a route from HP3 9AN to HP22 5WJ... about half way along that route it will take you through here:

... but that connection is marked in OpenStreetMap as access: private, barrier: gate.

That's just one example, I've noticed this happening several times and it usually results in me being stuck down the end of some lane and having to retrace my route to find another way around.

Not sure what the issue is here; If I try creating a route directly in OpenStreetMap it avoids these sections. There must be some incorrect setting in the way Bosch is pulling the OSM data.

If any Bosch staff can point the software team to this post I'd be very grateful. Really impacts the usefulness of the Nyon as means often I just don't trust it and end up navigating with my phone.

Intersting that the OSM route planning for bicycle goes a different route..

I did hear the OSM maps in Bosch are REALLY old, and don't get updated very often, which is poor design, you would think you could update them at will. Having Bosch "closed", open street maps isn't great,

That really sucks if the maps are old! There should definitely be a way to force an update. I don't mind waiting for the download.
