I bought a Grizl:ON CF 9, AMA

re: the noise comparison - Creo 2 isn’t much better, if at all. They’re both very present and high pitched compared to full size motors. I think the CF frame can amplify it too. With my C2 I had the same experience as Scooterboy, very tedious on climbs to where I’d just turn it off. Otherwise, a magic bike.

Try the Skitch maybe?

The problem with the Skitch is fazua isn't reliable, from my research.

Seems like sticking with the Creo is the way to go. The lack of connectivity with my Garmin would be a serious bummer.

Yeah just depends on what you value most. I don’t look for the most reliable car vs other available attributes. It’s a consideration but maybe not the top 3.

FWIW I’ve heard the newer fazua is better than before. R&M is using it too.

How do you know? A lot of high end vehicles are unreliable.
Usually, you do not need to replace a car broken engine in it's entirety. You repair the engine 😃 Fazua has been struggling for years to set its foot in the e-bike market. It looks that now even TREK prefers TQ.

Just pulled the trigger on the Grizl:On Daily, the 9% sale price finally convinced me to go for it.
Ordered the XS after looking over the geometry charts and it's the closest fit to my current bikes.
Ordered the mini remote too, from a UK outlet.

I'm expecting my Grizl:On to be delivered this Friday, can't beat a NBD feeling!!
For any owners out there, are the DT Swiss wheels 'fully tubeless ready (tape, valves)' or just tubeless ready where I'll have to do the taping/buy the valves?

Andy

Not an owner but any "tubeless ready" e-bike I owned required providing own tape and valves.
"Tubeless ready" only means compatible rims.
Thanks Stefan, my Giant Defy and Contend both came tubeless ready with the tape fitted and valves supplied but I believe Giant are the only manufacturer to do that as standard.

My Giant Trance E+ might have had the tape fitted but I got no valves :)

@AndyK2479: Even if I do not plan buying the Grizl:ON, I am interested with your experiences when you have got your e-bike. I'm very much interested with the frame sizing for the Canyon.

I've gone for the X Small.
My Giant Defy is Medium but with a 400mm handlebar and 170mm cranks.

My Contend is also a Medium with a 80mm stem rather than the 100mm it came with, so I have altered both bikes.

Stack and Reach of the XS Grizl On is similar to both my Giants in Medium size.
