HELP! CANNOT FIND PLANETARY GEAR REPLACEMENTS FOR MY BAFANG HUB MOTOR

My Ride1Up series 500 hundred bike has failed after 14,000 miles.
The motor is A Bafang BFBPM 48V 500W 26 (13).

I either need the three planetary gears, or the clutch assembly with
the planetary gears included.

I have tried to contact Ride1UP and Bafang with no luck so far.

The Planetary gear measurements for the nylon gear are as follows.
55 mm diameter
12 mm thick
42 teeth
12mm hole

I don't understand why this simple repair part is so difficult.

At that kind of mileage, for what the little difference in price might be, I'd spring for the clutch with gears. The clutches are sturdy, but they don't last forever.

"Thanks" is hard to do these days?

Thanks A Hicks and Tom Jasz and Slaphappygamer.
My planetary gears and clutch assembly arrived pretty quickly from greenbikekit.com
I bought it because I want my cheapo bike to last for ten years. Now 3 years and almost 9000 km in, and still good in every way. When I take the motor apart to grease it this month, if the plastic is getting too worn down, I have the spare set.
