No I haven't. I washed the bike but it felt stupid to direct a water stream from the garden hose directly into the ventilation holes. The bike was only externally washed.
And the thing you are asking about is the e-bike horn installed by Specialized in Speed Vados for Europe.

Oddly enough, I also found very similar lack of dirtiness today while cleaning my Allant after yesterdays ride through the snow, slush, mud, and deep puddles. I’ve never sprayed any water on it, just used damp microfiber towels. It’s been about 2 months since I’ve cleaned/lubed it.
