A little bling for my Stromer STS 2

My new STS 2 is just plain incredible. A huge, massive upgrade from my A2B Alva +. I have been quite busy customizing it with bits and thought it missing something on the graphics, so I made a drop shadow "ST2 S" on my Cricut Vinyl Cutter at home and put it on each side of the frame. They should have done this at the factory I'm thinking.....

Very nice!
May I suggest few things?
Keep the rear tire at 50PSI to avoid flats. The larger tread pattern of Conti Top contact II is prone for picking up sharp objects.

If you customize the assist level 2 by setting the torque at 60%, agility at 50% and speed at 90%, it gives you smooth ramp up and incredible range.
Looks like the BodyFloat needs to be dialed in as well. When you are fully seated, stationary, there should be minimal sag.
Also, I notice your headlights, shifters and brakes are tilted up, you may want to adjust that. M99 Pro is an extraordinary light for E-bikes.

You know, I have put that machine through some very tough endurance test. It held up pretty well. This is a bike which is also prone electrical gremlins.
If you are meticulous with maintenance, it should serve well.

I've actually got them at 60 psi....will try the settings on the torque/agility/speed, good tip! Sag is set on the Body Float, but that pretty little seat is just killing me. I've done 200 miles on the bike and it has to go, so a Brooks Cambium is on order and that may do the trick.

Is there a maintenance schedule for this bike somewhere? I haven't seen one. Only issue so far is the steering fork is loose, I loosened the stem and actually removed the whole bar set, and spacers, cranked down the steering bolt as tight as I dared with a rachet and its better - there is still some movement and play in the fork. Have you run across this issue before?

Is there a parts diagram anywhere on-line for the Stomer ST 2 and ST 2 s? I wouldn't mind taking the whole fork apart to see why it won't tighten up (perhaps missing a spacer at the factory?) but really would need a schematic to see what's supposed to be there.

I like the personal touch you done. I plan on doing the same this winter with my Ridge Rider. Going with red , green , and black scene

Did you remove the headset cap and tighten it?
because the bikes are shipped with handlebar rotated, they leave it quite loose. It's important to tighten that thing first.

Yes, I did. Even took the friction bolt loose that holds the forks onto the headset and removed it to inspect. Tightened it up with a rachet as tight as I dared and it improved the slop, but didn't eliminate it entirely. I think I will have to completely drop the fork and inspect to see why this will not fully tighten. I can't keep cranking on the bolt, it's going to snap off if I put too much tension on it. It could be something as simply as a burr in the machining of the neck no allowing a full seat on it, or perhaps a spacer is missing, etc. I'm an old motorcycle mechanic and have built and restored a number of motorcycles, so steering heads hold no mystery for me, I'd sure like to see a parts schematic so I know the components that should be in the unit, can't seem to locate one on the web. Do you happen to have one, Ravi?

Thanks
Duane
