Is it possble to covert 26x4 to 3 onch tire and rim combo

Looking all over for it. Have a few mails sent out but nothing yet.
Made an inquiry to the people at Pro Wheel Builder re the Mach 1 trucky and the Velocity dually. This is what they had to say--
Mark, I just spoke to the builder and he said that the Mach 1 rim has some potential issues... first and most concerning is that the rim is eyeleted this is a weak point in the rim and the eyelets do pop out and with the vibration of the motor this is more inclined to happen. He said the Dually would be a better option than the Mach 1. Plus if the tire pressure is maintained properly this will also prevent the rim from smacking the ground.
Don't know what that last sentence was referring to but the information looks good.

They don't bend that much. Non issue in my book. The spec will be in tenths anyway and you can round up, that will take care of the bend.
I went out and checked the two motorcycles I respoked, or loosened all the spokes and retrued the rim, they all toned good. None loose or tight. Side to side toned different because length, etc., but the group all toned the same. Pretty happy with that. That was using antiseize on the nipple where it meets the rim and the threads.
Want to make sure I am up to doing the ebike wheels with the method I used

The spoke calculators haven't steered me wrong yet.
Input your measurements then play with the rim spoke hole offset. Moving it 1 mm only changes the spoke length a couple tenths. That would represent your bend conundrum.
Anybody read this and want to give a paragraph synopsis? Motorcycle rim would be slick if there was s good tire like the schwalbe pick up to go on it.

The Velocity Dually rims showed up. Nice. Put a 2.35 tire on it to see how it would look, from the 30mm id rim on the Como to the 39mm id rim of the velocity, it only pushed the sidewall out little less than .1" or couple mm.
I don't think the Velocity is up to pulling a 2000w nom 5000w max motor. The little 14 ga nipple holes are the first giveaway. I think the rim needs at least 13 ga and better would be 12 ga nipple holes to better disperse what it is going to take to hold things together, kinda of like what is being used now with the fat tire rims with the 12 ga nipples.
There is a 23" front rim used on the 79-81 honda xl500 that would be delightful but that gets into using a motorcycle tire and all that brings along.
For now I am going to shelve this idea of changing out the 26 x 4 unless something better comes along. Be looking for a better weight carrying capacity rear 26 x 4 tire in the meantime. And dreaming about the Giant Stormguard

So I emailed happy ebike with my dilemma, they have stuff made in china and resell over here. Told the fella I had a tire rated for 90 kg or 198 lbs and wanted one rated for 260#. He said his tire would support that but didn't say any weight rating, etc. So I ordered a couple of the 26 x 4 tires, they showed up with the sidewall stamped rated for 90 kg or 198#. I emailed Dan about this discrepancy about what he told me and what is on the sidewall. Haven't received a reply yet. Don't think I will.

I want to get the 27.5" version because I've got 3 new 27.5" x 2.8" Super Moto-X tires and want to be able to use them.
This particular Canadian store doesn't offer the 29" version that you would probably want to get the longest spokes possible.
When I bought my second ebike (a Voltbike Outback with Fatbike dropouts and a hub motor), I ordered a new set of double shoulder inverted air forks, a 29" wheel, and a 29" x 2" Shwalbe Hurricane tire.
(The Outback came with RST Guide Fat Forks with those stupid QR axles)
Unfortunately, the steerer tube was too short to fit my Outback,..

So,.. I ended up buying Suntour downhill air forks, and a new 27.5" wheel for it (that had Boost Spacing instead of Fatbike spacing) to mount my Super Moto-X tires.
This is my original Fat Outback rim with a 27.5" Super Moto-X tire.

The rim has 40mm bead to bead spacing, and fatbike dropout spacing.
This is the new 27.5" wheel with a Super Moto-X tire currently on my Suntour forks, along with my new 29" wheel with the Hurricane tire on it,..

Apparently, it's an unbranded MXUS motor that I has identical specs and measurements as a Bafang?
I don't use that ebike anymore, but I like the motor better.
Its actually a 750 Watt motor that was detuned (programmed) to 500 Watts.
And my Bafang motor has either a bent axle or a crooked bearing or something, because the freewheel wobbles as the wheel spins.
That's almost as annoying as bent spokes, but it looks like I might have to live with bent spokes if I want a 27.5" rim on a fat motor ?

Well,.. I found a 27.5" DT Swiss U 663 rim with 36 holes.
I didn't actually order anything and I'm not sure what size it's drilled to?
It might be a special order, so they might be able to drill it to 12 gauge with either a Presta or Schrader (or maybe a spacer for the presta?)
Or you could string it with those 13 gauge nipples with the tapered 12 gauge spoke ends?
I didn't actually email them with any questions.
But the good news is that my current front wheel has the same rim spacing as the DT Swiss U 663.
I've got a big fat 27.5" X 2.8" tire mounted to it, but the wheel feels fine (it is kinda donut shaped though.)
So I think that you'd be fine with the 27.5" X. 2.3" (I think it was?) that you would want to mount to it.

converted an Espin to 3.5 fatties and a gearless hub motor( the stator spun out on the original motor) it worked out really nice.(34 mph top speed)
I gave up on that project but here is something interesting. Made in taiwan which I think is better than China and drilled for the 12 ga nipples. 30 mm id rim. Has the right profile for strength.
I read that 11 and 12 ga nipples are same size. 13 and 14 same size. 15 and 16 same size. Is that right? That would explain 14 ga nipples drilled for 13 ga spoke.

I kinda gave up on the project as well. I'm just going to use my old front rim if I do anything.
From what I understand, "made in Taiwan" is a good thing, it's not the same as "made in China"
I'm not sure about that?
I "measured" my spoke nipples with my spoke wrench,..
My front wheel has 13 gauge nipples. 14 wouldn't fit, and 12 was too loose.
So I guess that I'd need to measure my spoke diameter to find out if the nipples are drilled and tapped for 13 or 14 gauge spokes?
(if that is how it works?)

It looks like it's mm instead of the gauge measurements??
(The "gauge" system is stupid anyway. A fatter spoke should be a larger gauge number. Wire gauge is just as stupid. A Big Fat wire is "0" gauge. What would an even fatter wire measure? Does it go into negatives or fractions after Zero Gauge?)

0, 00, 000 are the wire gauge increments, that last one is sometimes called a fatty.
