If you own one, how do you like your Super 73, Mario Retro Plus, Ariel D, Juiced Scrambler, AddMotor M60, Spark blade, or other similar retro 70's 'mini-bike' style ebike ?

With the wide seats, do you actually pedal much ?

What do you like best about yours and how many of these brands did you compare before buying ?

Just curious. Looks like it could be a fun little bike.

I have the first production bike built (serial #5 after the four reserved for the founders) from Super 73's Kickstarter campaign. I've been commuting with it since December 2016. It's honestly the best part of my day.

When I got the bike, I thought I was going to use strictly the throttle on my commute. However, I soon realized that I enjoy pedaling and have been doing just that despite the less-than-optimal ergonomics for pedaling. My route is about 12 miles each way, and I have no trouble pedaling the entire route, either on fast flat straighaways or up steep hills.

This is my first and, for the time being, only e-bike. I did not compare the Super 73 to other brands because back then there was no other bike of its ilk. Even now with other brands joining the market with "knock offs" :p, I am still constantly attracting attention with my Super 73. It's part of the joy of riding it.

If I get around to it, I may post the ride report I wrote of my initial full-commute ride. In the meantime, feel free to ask me any questions you have of the Super 73.
