My wife got these Ortlieb E-mate bags for Xmas. The panniers have a slot to hold a spare battery and the handlebar bag can accept two water bottle cages. View attachment 112137

We use Ortlieb bags, they are fantastic. Capacious and good quality.

THINGS I HAVE LEARNED ABOUT FULL FACE HELMETS. First the CONS: IF you have a mirror on your shades you must remove your glasses before taking the helmet off. It is more difficult to drink from a water bottle. It is more difficult to blow your nose without getting it on you. It is NOT a good idea to spit. PROS: Your ears are warmer on cold days. You may save yourself a costly trip to the dentist. It is harder to hear people yelling "....CHEATER BIKE "

The cyclists revenge : A car that looks like it got the worst of a "dooring" incident....on second thought I hope the cyclist is ok.

Look up Race Trac Gas, BC VOB 1LL on maps or images. It is the HooDoos.

I saw a budding buckeye tree today. Tourists think it is a different type of bud. Let's hope it is not toxic. Check the shadow on the wall.

All I can tell you is they appear to be procreating. They can take cover under the nearby blackberry vines. It is amazing to me that the Coyotes and Bald Eagles cannot seem to thin them out. My guess is that there are between 100 and 200 in this fluffle now.

It was hanging from under a new bike's saddle. There were three guys in federal prison: The first was in for racketeering. The second terrorism. The third for removing a tag from a pillow.
