I know almost nothing about Strava. But if you are ever in the Vancouver area let me know and we can navigate together.HI Steve. Are you able to post some Strava (type) plots of your adventures? The rides look terrific.
Looks like you have studded tires on today?Starting to miss summer -28c or -18f

Today was my 50th ride on my e bike so I made it a 50 miler, conditions were a little cold but I was dressed to suit! It was a day to stay away from the quiet back roads due to ice but thankfully the main roads weren't too busy so it was a very enjoyable trip in lovely Winter sunshine There was a massive flock of geese in one of the fields, I managed to catch a pic of about a quarter of them on my phone
Good luck with your touring, that's such a great photo Hopefully someone can advise you regarding solar charging! Here's a photo of my dogs. I bought an ebike because I wanted to cycle further with my dogs. We're planning our first ebike touring and would appreciate any tips for solar charging you can suggest. Thank you.
Yes I also need to save battery by riding in Eco (at least until our 2nd battery arrives) on long rides like that. I enjoy using Eco on the flats when there is little traffic and a pleasant view. I am interested in the calorie counter .....does it take the battery/motor assist into account or is it just a ballpark figure?I did a club ride from Warringal Park to Williams Landing. Then a short train trip, and finally a cycle to finish of the ride. About 75k total cycling. This ride is essentially along Port Phillip Bay and along a creek called Skeleton Creek. It was a very hot day, around 35c, but a wonderful ride. I thought you might be interested in my battery stats. Mainly assist level 1 or off for some periods.
