Base, I like your spoke trim.
That is a very interesting thought/question sir. I shall investigate. When Los Angeles was burning down months ago, many or possibly most of those planes that were skimming the ocean and dumping the water on the flames were Canadian. That is dangerous work. I wonder how our fine government is helping out up there now.
I think our fine government should put tariffs on the smoke coming in from Canada. Ditto for the Arctic air masses Canada keeps dumping over the border every winter. When it gets down to -5°F in Denver, there's only one neighbor to blame. When Los Angeles was burning down months ago, many or possibly most of those planes that were skimming the ocean and dumping the water on the flames were Canadian. We're sorry...I think our fine government should put tariffs on the smoke coming in from Canada. Ditto for the Arctic air masses Canada keeps dumping over the border every winter. When it gets down to -5°F in Denver, there's only one neighbor to blame.

I'm all for the Americans paying the U.S. tariffs!I think our fine government should put tariffs on the smoke coming in from Canada.

Some combo of willful ignorance and lost capacity for critical thinking. For many now, trained experts, evidence, and history are totally irrelevant. If the right political or religious leader tells them, "Don't worry, tariffs will only hurt our enemies, not you," all the economists and historians in the world could never convince them otherwise.I'm all for the Americans paying the U.S. tariffs!
(Why is the concept of tariffs so misunderstood by so many?)
No one understands the tariffs, the complexity of their effect on the balance of finance is climate chaos level, they are more like throwing a 1000 dollars into a game of poker on a works night out. Some combo of willful ignorance and lost capacity for critical thinking. We are truly in a post-truth, post-evidence era.
Take off eh, ya hoser! The Canadian smoke is much worse though, it smells like sweaty hockey gear and stale Molson.![]()
Yeah, the number of times I've met another cyclist there is often enough to imagine a nasty accident.Thoughtful of them to provide that mirror. Maybe another at rabbit level would help. Love the smell of cedar.
That's alright. We know you can't help it.Shut up Dave...
