Just picked up 2018 RadMini and am looking for guidance on a few accessories.

Specifically hoping to find a frame/top tube bag suitable for wallet, glasses, keys, etc. Also need a rear rack solution for carrying lock & chain. Lastly, any tips on liners for 20” tires?

Cheers & thanks

If you have a Facebook account, join the "Rad Power eBikes Owners Group." The Group is run by RPB owners and is a great resource for accessories, support help, maintenance tips, etc. Once you're a member, use the "Search this group" feature to find past posts on these items. I'm the new owner of a 2018 RadRover and I've received some great information from the Group members.

Mr. Tuffy XL 26"29" X 3.1"-4" liners will work for your 20" wheels. You will just need to trim the excess length to minimize the overlap. I had to trim the liner for my 26X4 Radrover because overlap bunched up to one side and caused a pinch flat. Zero issues once I cut to the proper length.

I'm not sure if the 20" versions of the Kenda tires are better/worst than the Rover 26" version? I had to also add Stans tire sealant, spare tube, flat repair kit, pump, tire gauge, and tools to my Topeak Velcro Strap DXP rack bag because of flats from goat head thorns. Adding the liners and Stans help against most goat head thorns; but, I still get flats from road debris like nails, screws, glass, or broken car parts pushed into the share the road bike lanes.

Fat tires seemed to be more prone to flats compared to small plus size tires or road bikes. I also think flat resistant fat tires and tubes just haven't hit the market yet since they make up such a small % of riders.

Does anyone know the size of the screws used to attach anything to the rear rack of the 2018 mini? I tried the screws from the front post and they are too large.

Wish I'd seen this thread before I bought the 4.1"-5" Mr Tuffy Liners, I imagine they'll work though. I wanted to be sure I cover as much as possible :)

Slowly tricking my rad mini 4 2020 out
