I just bought a 2022 Gazelle Medeo T10 midstep through my local nonprofit bikeshop, GoBike Buffalo, by way of Upway. I picked it up today and can't seem to figure out if I can hook it into my phone or the on board computer is all I get. I road a Specialized for 4 years and the motor kicked. This seemed like the most cost effective option. I have yet to ride it. Thoughts?

What do you want to see on your phone? This bike has a Bosch Performance Line drive unit and a Purion display. Bosch is not an open system, and as far as I can see, this is an older System 2 drive unit. If so, connectivity to your phone would be through the Bosch Flow app.

Downloaded Bosch Flow App. It is not finding bike.

If it is a System2 bike with Purion display (or Intuvia) there is no Bluetooth connectivity. You would need a Kiox or Nyon, with a new wire run to connect to the Bosch eBike Connect app. The Smartphone Hub connected to the Cobi app.

The new Smart System bikes use the Flow app. I doubt if Gazelle had switched over to Smart System yet on my22 models.
