GB500 need help w/functions on LCD

Hi! Just received my greenbike gb500 and struggling with it’s speed on takeoff. No matter what setting I program it on... it always seems to be the same... FAST! Goes from zero to 9 mph instantly... even walk mode. Plus when I program 0 on PAS my throttle doesn’t work. It’s the weekend and I’d love to ride w/hubby but this bike seems out of control. I’ve ridden rads so not new to ebikes. Any help to figure out how to tame this thing down would be appreciated...I realize some people would love the ‘kick’ this thing gives but it’s too much for me.
