FYI: Problems we had with new Flow

Just thought I’d document this for anyone who receives a new bike of problems we had:

• Sticky - PAS button. Fixed with WD40
• Tube bulging out of front tire. Deflated, reset tube and refilled
• Tick tick noise at front wheel. Though it was brake pads but was front brake line. Fixed with zip tie of line to upper part of lower fork tube.

I’ll update if we have more.

Thanks. My PAS on both bikes work. I didn’t have the tube issue. I do hear the clicking so I’ll zip tie the cables in front.

spokes very loose on front wheel...tick tick noise fixed as well as per peakay above....derailleur guard bent back into position ...was bent upon shipping

This seems like SUCH a common issue they should probably make it part of the installation instructions. Or, you know....fix the issue.

How hard is it to bend back?

easy, by hand...i just bent my sports guard in the same position as the my wifes flow.....
