Users can customize the controller settings to their preferences: enabling/disabling the secure lock, setting/removing the speed limit, changing the motor response mode, setting the range of pedal assist, enabling/disabling cruise control. Two-year warranty (1.5 years remaining) on replacement battery.
This is a great all-around bike for road, commuter, and light trail riding. It's a powerful bike, which I like, but it's also rather hefty, so I've downsized for my next ebike.
