CCS for only $1499 ($400 off) for Memorial weekend. Buy 2 and get additional $200 off with code 2BIKEOFFER for $1399/each

Sales must be slow for them ?

Can we say the same thing everyday when you post about Yamaha or some generic article, citing that you are trying to scrounge customers from EBR?

It is easy to make comments but offering help and constructive suggestions is better!

That's a great price if you've been wanting an ebike. And especially if you get 2 for $1399/each

I think that's a fantastic price for a bike with all that features!

Lots of reasons for sales. To get people in the store for collateral buying, reduce inventory, discontinued product, volume sales etc.. What doesn't make common sense is putting a product that's selling well on sale when it isn't needed, it happens though.

Tora did tell me in January that the Scrambler was selling very well, much better than the CCS. Presumably even after controlling for release dates.

As someone who'd like to see more people riding bikes for transport, the disappointing reality is that the new bike market is overwhelmingly tilted towards recreation in North America. I was surprised, but not in disbelief.

I went to a retail bike fair in Montreal, which has the strongest cycling culture among the US/Canada, and it was still somewhere between a joke and an insult, the attention paid to bikes as transport. (People who want bikes for transport there get something used or cheap. Not surprisingly, the used market for bikes is the worst I've seen for buyers).
