I have a swagtron eb7 ebike. I need to find a brushless dc motor controller. Type number jyt-jdw100b(yckh031-112.

You need to buy the same controller if you want the display to work. Did you contact swagtron?

If you cannot do that, you have to replace both at the same time, but that means rewiring the rest of the bike. THrottle, brakes, motor, etc. Usually not plug an play, but doable.

Contacting swagtron is a total joke. 3 month and no word. A friend said the same thing about getting the same one.

hello,
I've replaced mine and sacrificed some features but was able to get around speed limiter. You will have to rewire a few things. Mine is for the EB 7 plus. Warning you now it's addictive and complicated, but I've learned so much by failing multiple times and continue to fail.

I have performed two swaps. You can get a Flipsky 75100. This one is fully customizable and you can get this thing up to near 30 miles per hour. However, you will need to get an additional throttle, display, light, horn, will probably also want to add a backlight, end up wiring for the second battery, and the dreaded installation of another motor for dual motor setup. not to mention, have a bunch of controls you've taken apart and try to solder and failed piled up in different hiding areas so that your wife stops complaining about all these broken parts laying around the house.

I have reverted to a jn-15 controller, currently I do not have the power button / headlight working, and I had to get a similar but different display which is the en06. it has a USB phone charger capability but I don't think I have that working right. there is a password on the original one which I found out the password is 6666 and I'm sure I would have found a way to connect to it using an st link but I shouldn't have even mentioned that, that gets later in the addiction, which happened after my wife threw away the original one. posting some pictures I may not check this forum for a while. hopefully it gives you enough to get going. just happened to be browsing here and figured I post because this forum has helped out a lot. I also did the swap of the freewheel so that you could actually pedal when going faster than 12 mph. so like anybody caught up in this addiction I'm just going to give you a little taste for free at first :)

I also am doing so because I know what it's like trying to search for swagtron hacks, this is the only site where I was able to find something so here's a start to evening out karma.
