Anyone tried to upgrade an Allant suspension fork to a more MTB-correct model?

I have an Allant+7 with a Mobie25 and want to possibly upgrade to a heavier duty fork such as the one used on the Powerfly 5, which is:
RockShox Recon RL, Solo Air spring, Motion Control damper, e-MTB optimized, tapered steerer, 42mm offset, Boost110, 15mm Maxle Stealth, 120mm travel
Thoughts like don’t it or yeah do it but this might be a better fork? I’m just trying to add a bit more capability, not planning to hit anything too hard.

Be careful. That 40mm extra travel will substantially alter the steering geometry of a bike not designed to have that much long overall fork length. I would consult with someone who really understands these things before jumping in.

That’s exactly why I’m asking here first. I have concerns and am trying to have a better understanding of what questions to ask and to whom. I know I need to talk with my LBS to see if this would screw up my warranty.🤔
