Hi everyone,
I’m considering switching to an Internal Gear Hub (IGH) for less maintenance during my commutes. I have a 2014 Cube Acid with a BBS02 motor. Does anyone have recommendations for a suitable IGH or is the Nexus 5 for ebikes the best?
I was thinking about buying a rear wheel that already has an IGH installed, as I’ve heard wheel building can be quite challenging but it seems like you can't find Nexus 5 that way. Perhaps a bike shop could handle the installation?
I came across the Shimano SG-C7000-5D, which is an e-bike dedicated IGH. Would this work on my bike? What additional parts would I need for the assembly?
