The name is Top Secret and if I was to reveal it then this thread would very likely go REALLY off topic. Whew !!!

    Tube vs. Tubeless on ebikes

I'd rather discuss what tire pressure to run.....or......what oil should I use in my car/truck/lawnmower/snowblower etc...... Or ..... what brand blinker fluid is the best and won't break the bank...... Should I go on.????

Anyone have experience with SRAM Eagle Transmission on any Specialized e-bike?

I guess we're (yes, me too) supposed to know what "udh" means? For most of us that don't here ya go: What is UDH? UDH is short for Universal Derailleur Hanger. It is an attempt to standardize on one derailleur hanger design and eliminate hundreds of existing standards. Today each bike brand...

How Far are You Getting with Your 17.5Ah Battery?

v It's like asking how much air pressure do you run? Or what brand/weight oil do you use in your vehicles? Or........ Too many variables .......just figure somewhere between 10 and 80 miles (not km's) and you'll be spot on ;) :) :);)

How to ride in the smoke.

To lead up to my next sentence ..... I am an avid bicyclist....about 6000 miles a year here mostly near Las Vegas, NV. So.......re the OP's intro.....why the hell would anyone put their bodies thru VERY uncomfortable and quite possibly life long damage just to ride in very unhealthy air...

    Creo at 1000 miles

As of the last couple of weeks I find myself doing the same as you mentioned above :) My rides are typically 34 miles w/2400' of cumulative elevation gain. If I average 15mph I use about 64% of the 625wh battery. Upping the average to 16.5mph about 85% but it definitely puts more smiles :):):)...

Yup, I'd say operator error....too slow of cadence and/or too tall of gear you're operating in. My experience with Bosch? Over 30,000 miles , not km and have never had any issues with any hills. I keep cadence between 75 and 85 rpm most of the time and it works great, lasts a long time :)...

More Rad lawsuit fallout? (good for the consumer)

I'll bet that as the highlighted text above states Lectric is ONLY supplying the parts for free. Not labor. It also amazes me that for a MSRP of $999 how much can it cost Lectric to build and sell these bikes??? Couple hundred bucks or so??? WOW !
