Yes you are, each bike retention structure is designed to carry 1 bike of 37.5 lbs x 4 = 150 lbs. Not a bike of 60 lbs. So you would overload the individual bike supports. But it's probably ok if your willing to take the risk. Just seen that it's a hanging rack so prob ok. But you take your chance

I find that the frame amplifies the sound but only for the rider. When riding next to my wife I cannot hear her motor and she cannot hear mine.

Will the phone app connect, maybe their service tool is broken. Seems strange that BT is not working on 2 screens. This is the problem when you implement CAN BUS comms on a bike, this is not just +&- wires, the car trade took a long time to understand how to diagnose CAN signals.

Power levels can be adjusted using the ride control app.

Auto mode is for 6 sensor bikes which adds accel / decel and slope sensor so that power can be adjusted accordingly.

Have you tried removing the app then re installing, seems to work for a lot of people.
