Why doesn't this ebike exist?

Sleek look of a road bike, comfort of a mtb, good on paved and unpaved paths (nothing too extreme though).
I guess maybe this is what gravel is trying to become, but seems like most gravel is more leaning towards road. Yeah, people tell me go get a XC or hardtail, but the aesthetics just don't appeal...
Does such a bike exist..? Anyone who also thinks this, or am I alone in this boat..

Yes there is!
Least expensive way is to motorize a bicycle that fits the bill. And I'm sure that there are production bikes that do it too. The good stuff is expensive. Even doing a build your own can cost up to $3k. I do love my Grin motor-kit. Here it is on it's second donor bike:

nice bike!!! any models or brand for recommendation? my budget tops to 4K USD...

For motorization I have no recommendation other than to buy a lightly used quality bike that you think will work for you. Of course, you need to figure out how to fit your chosen motor, and how to fit your chosen battery.
The problem is finding that used bike, and it really should be under $300. There are millions of used bikes in the US. The best ones are stored dry and have been rarely ridden, and those seem to be the quality bikes. Grandpa's bike, I guess.
If you can get those lightly used used bikes cheap, they are just donors. You can swap the electrics into the next bike. With a good electric motor kit it's plug and play.

Do what my wife did....put 'aggressive treaded' 700's on her 29" Giant TalonE! No need to change the rims; the 700's fit right on the 29".

What’s been said!! Find a bike that can handle the roads/paths/trails you like to ride and motorize it. I recently put a Bafang BBS02 on a two-wheeled recumbent that was not selling and resurrected it into a great riding bike. I’m glad I realized it’s potential. The motor kit was an easy install but if you’re not into the mechanics, someone can put it together for you.

Pet peeve: what does this even mean?

I'd reasonably guess that Whistler's A-Line is too extreme. But even there the trails are in pretty good shape and pretty well set up where you can let the bike do most of the work and you just need to hang on for dear life and enjoy the ride. Hopefully.

It is just too damned subjective a criteria and will depend a lot on what you are used to locally, your own experience and skill level, and how strong, flexible, and fit you are.

Not with the 47 mm tyres, a clearance for 55 mm ones, and with Future Shock suspension in the stem.
I've seen a lot of guys refer to this model, is it really that good??

It means light unpaved I guess...
Yes you are perfectly right, it's personal!

I've seen the carbon version in person. Were I in need of yet another e-bike, I would buy in on the spot, my size, a beautiful colour.

Specialized seems to learn the lesson from poor sales of Creo 1 Evo, which was far from the ideal gravel e-bike. In my sincere opinion, Creo 2 has been made as close to a proper gravel e-bike as possible (it checks all the boxes). Availability is the issue. After the sales explosion last Autumn, Creo 2 seems to be unavailable, and no one knows when the new batch would be made.
