Which bike should i get Juiced Cross Current - Rize RX - Voltbike Yukon.

Are you comparing the Rize X (rear hub - fat wheel) or the RX (Mid drive - MTB wheel)?
There is a big price difference between them.
The Yukon is probably the best entry level price point on a fat 750 hub. The Juiced is a nice setup for shorter tarmac commutes and can come with a 52V battery (but smaller AH). The RX mid drive is a significantly different power class over them both and priced $1000 more. Each would have distinct advantages depending on your riding style and goals.

Unless the Rize site shows stock today, they have been restocking 2-3 months out all year. Most folks end up in the 2-month order window.

the Rize RX is in a whole different league, its a 1000watt middrive compared to a 750watt hub drive! of course buy the RizeRX, did you mean Rize X?
also my Rize RX actually showed up a few days early,the Bike is a steal and the longer i have it the more i realize this.

I ordered my red Rize RX on Tuesday and It was just delivered. Only silver and red in stock. Black not back in stock till “Summer 2021”.

If you can afford an 1000w Ultra mid-drive, they are absolutely worth the extra money. The Rize RX has both torque AND cadence sensors, 1000W power, 19.5 AH battery, and power for days! I have both, and the Ultra Mid is a monster for the money. The 750's are still great bikes if you are budget limited.
Bitrix also carries a few similar Ultra Mids and 750 Hub bikes, but not sure about stock either. They are also Canadian. If you want a full suspension, the juggernaut FS is a popular option without getting above the 4K price point. But the regular mids are awesome if you want the best bang for the buck between 2-3K CAD.

Not on the Ultra Series Motors. They are factory rated at 1000W nominal, 1500W peak. Some guys with custom controllers unlock them and boost them to more, but you can't get that deep in the programming on the newest gen. There is some customization possible with a programming cable and the free software, but the core firmware and peak power limits must be done with a factory authorized software login. I've heard suggestions that MAYBE Bitrix will help you unlock the Ultras?
The 750W Hub Rize bikes are unlockable with the factory pin code, and it is included in the manual. Definitely opens up the top speed by a noticeable amount, but the stock Ultra is still 10kph faster out of the box., I have the cable and software to play with mine in the spring, but I haven't modified it yet as I want to get through most of the warranty period before I start tinkering too deep.

Yes, I've also seen some references to some being detuned to comply with regional regulations. Rize does not adjust the tune on domestic sales as there is no real enforcement in Canada. I have no idea which brands do it, and whether or not they might unlock it for you, but it's always worth asking. I know Luna does that monster tune for a fee, but there are reports that those extreme tunes definitely shorten the motor life. I can only image what they do to drivetrain wear! lol.

Just about to ride mine. Waiting for full charge. But from the stats it is worth it. Beautiful in red. Photos don’t do it justice.

I do believe it's worth the extra cash if you have it to spend, but the other bike is quite good too. The mid is just faster and FAR more powerful on the hills. Like, double the effective power because of the mechanical advantage of the gears. And 55-60Kph out of the box with throttle.
And mine is red and I like the red a lot. My x is black and it's nice but shows dirt and oil easily. You won't be disappointed with either one, unless you live in North Van or Seattle-like cities, where the mid drive will justify itself in no time.
Live in Toronto my trip is up and down, long 500m 30 degree slopes. My old ebike used throttle going up as it was hard cycle at end of day.

The hub wouldn't be a problem around most of TO. The Don Valley would be nice with the mid, but as long as you keep your speed up over 8-10kph with some leg effort on the climbs the hub can do fine. Hubs can overheat in the summer with long hard climbs, but you're usually good for <5 min climbs on most typical city hills.

You'll love it. Go over the nuts and bolts pretty thoroughly both when you first assemble it, and again every week or two at first. I had a few work loose on each bike. It all settled in quickly.

This happened a few weeks ago: I bought an ebike and Fed ex ground dropped it at my door, he signed my name, and split. He didn't even knock. My wife heard him and called to me (I was in the next room) that she can hear it coming, so I went out thinking I had to sign for it, but he was gone quickly. The box on one corner was ripped up bad and someone either dropped the box and it landed on the corner or someone dropped something on the corner. The rear pannier was severely bent (the wheel wouldn't even move) and when I removed the pannier I realized the bolt holes were all ruined. Either way the force needed to bend the rear panier like it did had to be a lot of force. I imagine that was not best for a brand new electronic system and refused it. I am working on returning it now.
If at all humanly possible, when you hear the delivery person come- go out there, stop them, and do not let them leave without inspecting the box first. But if the box has been ripped up, you may want to refuse it and wait for a new one. Huge headache, after unpacking it, to decide you want to ship a bike back in a ripped box. All the support plastic strips are gone. The box is a 3d puzzle of stuff. Once I get it returned and get my money back I'll report on the whole story. Just don't need to poke the lion on here and have them read it.
If Companies are not going to require signatures because of COVID (I get it), delivery people shouldn't sign someone else's name. He didn't even spell it correctly.
