This frame showed up on Paul's site last summer, I think. I kept wondering what a 'kit' might cost. It prices out really well. You can get the frame with all the parts for $1400. Add battery and motor. If I wanted to commute at 30 mph, this would be on my list. You could almost do that legally.
It would be better if they just didn't sell these at a kw and up as ebikes. I wish there was a nice experimental electric vehicle category where I could go, without mucking up ebikes.
