Hello, I’m getting an e bike for my birthday, I’m turning 14 so in Switzerland at that age to be able to ride an e bike legally I have to pass the M permit, I live in the “Vaud” part of Switzerland and I don’t totally understand the procedure to get the M permit.
Do I have to be 14 to make a demand or can I do the demand now, pass the theoretical exam and obtain the permit at the moment when I turn 14 ?
And what do I have to learn for the theoretical exam of it ?

Switzerland seems to be a very special country.
In the EU countries, a 25 km/h e-bike is just a bike by law, and no examination or driving license is necessary. Different for Switzerland?

Because of his young age, I see.
The rules for minors on bikes are of course different from ones for grow-ups in the EU, too.
