It’s a Lancia Monte Carlo isn’t it?
I like the look of the fat tires and by fat I mean high profile. Today it’s considered cool to have 20” wheels with something that looks like 2 layers of electrical tape. Sad.

Same in the creek at Rausch Gap on the Appalachian Trail.





The bridge over Rausch Creek is both Stony Valley Trail and Appalachian Trail. Both trails combine for about 3/4 mile. A rare spot where one can legally ride a bike on the Appalachian Trail.

Strange indeed. I recall looking at sunny pics from Down Under while it was snowing here.....now its the Great White North's turn for some fun !

Yeah, when we visited the Everglades, I was surprised that the alligators were just laying on or near the walking/biking path and people were walking and riding only a few feet away from them. In addition to the warning of not feeding them, the park ranger did tell us to stay clear of any baby/young alligators, and especially not to pass between the young one and the adults. They appeared to be pretty docile and just ignored the human passers.

While not as threatening as alligators we do have some hazards. Usually our signs warn us to share the path with pedestrians. On a group 'away ride' we were out the back of beyond (it wasn't at the end of the world but you could see it from there) Zoom in on the sign

Similar signs are posted along Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail). Gators are built so close to the ground that they are a threat to high speed traffic. Hitting one can cause a vehicle to flip completely off the road.
