Taken on my last cycle tour across South Island, NZ …

About one third of the flock had already passed me (I was on my Airnimal folder), then these ewes, followed by the remaining third of the flock which can be seen approaching from the left beyond the motorhome.

Just go to New Zealand; it's a beautiful and friendly place. Ebikes can be provided.

Rode about 30k on my new 42-622 tires. I can go faster and with more confidence in this stuff on these. These are skinnier than the Sams and have 150 relatively small studs so they are not loud like the ice spikers. Rubber side stays down and thumbs go up! I did notice a bit of slip on snow covered ice when climbing a fairly steep hilly road but it is a good tradeoff since I would not hesitate to ride these on mostly dry roads and would not want to do that with the Ice Spikers. range is 30 -70 PSI. https://www.schwalbetires.com/marathon_winter_plus

David does it ever freeze there? You will likely never need studded tires methinks?
