Nancy rode a Nevo Nuvinci GH last year and loved it. She was a bit skeptical when I suggested she join me on a Homage. No she is riding her 2018 Homage Rolhloff HS and loving it. She feels so much more in control, comfortable at speed and is riding like a champ. I just recently had the shifter updated from the rotary manual to the electronic H14. Her saddle is the Ergon ST Core Prime women's version. She will now ride 50 plus miles and be perfectly comfortable, no chaffing and soreness.
Thanks for the seat tip. That’s something we can try on Marji’s current bike.

Haven’t posted for a while but I have been out riding. Mostly shorter (?) rides, 25-40km but Sunday afternoon I felt I needed to get out of town and did a 55km ride. Started way too late ( as I often do). Took the commuter train from Solna Station at 4pm and travelled 20-25km north before getting off.
Found my way on smaller roads passing several gates. Picture 2 and 3 is more like Show us pictures where you DON’T ride your e-bike. I walked my bike for about 300m (1000ft)

The sign on next photo says Burial ground and Wolf pit. I didn”t go that way.Continued to the small town Sigtuna where I had dinner.

Went west and then south after dinner but it was getting late and I shortened the ride and choose a rail station a bit closer than I had originally planned.

I saw a biker who was hit by a car in Coquitlam today ...he was in the bike lane when hit.........hope he makes it. A 52 yr old cyclist was killed in Burnaby on Canada day by a hit and run drunk who was arrested later. Rip and good luck to us all.

Great photo!
I would try to crop a little on left side to get the tunnel opening more in center of picture. Perhaps a little bit of cropping at the bottom after that.
But that’s my preference. I like your photo.
! Always make a copy of your photo to work on and keep the original !

I had a stinker of a cold last weekend so no ride, luckily the weather was as bad as my cold so that made me less despondent! I wasn't 100% recovered today but I managed 56.5 miles, it was so good to get back out again after 2 weeks off the bike! Thankfully the weather was much better today, it makes the ride so much more enjoyable :) When I was riding today I was enjoying it so much and I was thinking about the target I set myself for the year and thought to myself "why do I even need to set a target?" and the answer is I don't, so I'm just going to get out when I can and enjoy cycling and forget about targets!

That's a great attitude to have. I try to make sure I get out and ride everyday. I try not to worry about how far and just get out there. There is so much to see and explore. I've been missing out for a long time. Your pictures from your ride are gorgeous. Thank you for sharing. I love to see what everyone is up to. ???
