never mind the air force base go directly to the Coldstone Creamery (-:Nice day here in NH. Rode to USAF Tracking Station in New Boston NH. Did not take any pictures of base since signs said no photos allowed. Had lunch in Goffstown NH center. It was a nice ride.
It was a vacant small office park across the street from the USAF base the parking lot was empty. I am disappointed that I did not ride up to the main gate of the USAF base but I don't carry my wallet with me while biking so I had no ID on me. I should have taken my id with me next time I will.never mind the air force base go directly to the Coldstone Creamery (-:

The only thing I would mention to anyone else doing hillclimbing is to watch out for wildlife on the way downhill. I passed some deer at the side of the road and I didn't see them. At 60 kmh I (we) would have been hospitalized at the very least if they had stepped out.Awesome effort Steve, it looks like an amazing place to ride a bike
Is it true you need a beard to join this club? The regular Tuesday ride I join with my roady friends took the Ferry out to San Juan Island yesterday for a ride around the Island with a lunch stop in Roche Harbor. It was a 44 mile loop with a 3,200 feet of climbing on a hilly island. A good time was had by all. I had two batteries mounted and had 52% remaining at the end of the ride.

It's not absolutely mandatory but it can't hurtIs it true you need a beard to join this club?
So true, danger lurks around every corner so be careful out there! Deer are very unpredictable, the strange thing is I had 2 run out in front me entering my home town a number of years ago! It was the last place I expected to come across deer! I heard a rustle from the bushes and all of a sudden 2 full size deer leapt right in front of me but thankfully I was going slow at the time as I had just completed 120 miles and I managed to avoid them! The only thing I would mention to anyone else doing hillclimbing is to watch out for wildlife on the way downhill.
