Picked up a couple of these on sale last week:

Among other uses, they work great for making quick bike adjustments without putting the bike on the work stand. With the bike supported by the kick stand, I just put this hand jack under the bottom bracket and lift the rear wheel off the ground an inch or so.

This is part of the Park IR1.3 internal routing kit. I used it this morning to replace the brake hose in the Pinarello fork.

I don't have any carbon frames with internal routing, but I have something similar for fishing wire through walls.

I use glow sticks, but that's a nice kit.

I use the fiberglass rods 90% of the time, but the magnepull has come in handy. I bought it for a tricky pull in my home and it paid for itself.
