Short cranks for new Creo e-bike

Hi. First post. My wife has both knees rreplaced and has very limited Flexion. I solved the problem on her Trek Madone by having the cranks shortened and re-threaded. I was also able to make it work by having Zinn Cycles in Boulder make custom cranks for her cheapo belt drive rear hub ebike. The cranks on this one are 120 mm. They work perfectly.
Now she wants a new Creo. The shortest cranks Specialized will supply is 165. It’s a Dub bottom/spindle. Any suggestions where I could get really short cranks - like 120 short? Thank you in advance.

I think you need to edit the post name, you mean "short" cranks??
You should get some more info, hopefully.
Have to admit, I tend to pass right over titles that should've been proofread before hitting [Send].

I'm old enough to think that spelling, grammar, and punctuation are actually useful aids to written communication — which is what we do here — and not just pesky rules to be ignored. We all make typos, of course. That's why you have to proofread everything — especially titles.

Pardon the rant. Hope the OP finds a solution.

Feel better? So sorry for my error.

Could not find an English site with this product, it should be somehwere on the internet.

you could alternatively use those to "shorten" the cranks.

Thank you for that. I do have a set of those for when we go on bike trips outside of the country. But for everyday riding, the q-factor is way to wide - and while I don’t have any actual evidence, her orthopedic doc thinks the repetitive stress on her titanium knees with the alignment of her feet way out relative to her knees can’t be good in the long run. But again, thank you for the effort to track these down.
