Congratulations and welcome to EBR!

Hi Silver, nice looking bike and welcome to EBR. I’m sure some helpful person on this site can help, and if not, contact the bike manufacturer and good luck.

Hello...still having trouble finding that cable, could anyone help please.

Also, I am having difficulty pulling out the battery to charge it, anyone any advice???. Suddenly it seems very stuck and it takes two of us, one to hold the key one to pull.

Hi Silver,
Wouldn't it be easier to just carry a powerbank? E-bike USB port rarely delivers more than 500 mA, and it is very little for needs of iPhone.

I am afraid I don't know about the cable, it doesn't appear to have a cable socket on my wife's Swing 3 (Intuvia display) but the battery slides out extremely easily. All I do is turn the key, rest the palm of my hand on the end of the bike rack and pull on the rear lip of the battery outwards with my fingers.

Even when you get the right cable you will not be happy with the rate of charge coming off the bike. I use a Knog Trail usb rechargeable light. It is a nice headlight with a daytime blinking mode, which is much more visible than a constant on light. It is also a nice power bank and comes with a cable to recharge your phone. Using this also saves all your battery power for going places helping maximize your range.

The road version is not quite as bright but still very powerful and would serve well.
