Replacement Charger for TotGuard T-266

Hi! My name is Jan and I am brand new to the group!
I hope I can get some advice from some of you regarding a New TotGuard 26” EBike I purchased a few weeks ago from a pallet auction that is missing the battery charger.
I have contacted the company but have not yet heard back from them so thought I would reach out on this forum as well.
Any suggestions for me ?
Particulars are :
Compatibility with a a 36V-10.4ah IP54 removable waterproof lithium battery.
Normal round connection piece.
