Rear hub 750w Bafang. Pedal assist sluggish; throttles just fine.

I got caught riding in a short rain. It may be a coincidence, but ever since my PA is acting sluggish- it has power still, but it's down maybe 30%. The throttle power is working just fine. So, it's a bit perplexing to me. I was hoping this might ring a bell with someone. I've disconnected and reconnected all the connectors to no avail. I wiped it down as soon as I got home, and let it sit indoors for a couple of days hoping it would dry out, if that was the issue. Anyone have any thoughts about this? Thank you.

Seems like a pedal sensor, no? Mine has a red led indicator when it's activated - yours? Does it flash when pedaling?
I don't know how to troubleshoot a sensor. [shrug]

Typically it either works or not, the magnet passes the sensor and the sensor blinks on. I see so many weird gremlins that I sometimes just can't explain. In this case it's working, sorta, check the distance of the magnet from the sensor.

Worth sourcing a new sensor? They're pretty cheap, in the case that doesn't fix it.
