Well we got a great deal on this bike and another bike for my wife. We bought them from Cloud E-bikes in Port Coquitlam B.C and Like I said he gave us real good price for both bikes. I would recommend him to anyone in the Vancouver area.

Been raining out since we brought them home so I think tomorrow it is suppose to be nice so we will go for a ride and see how it goes.

Well it was a awesome day out today for a ride. We road out to a place called Fort Langley for lunch. We took a lot of bike trails out there so it was about 22Km which included a lot of hills up and down. On the way back we stuck to the road so about 16Km back but also with hills up and down. At the beginning of the ride we go down a very long steep hill and then have to climb up a very long steep hill to get out of the valley. On the way back the same thing and the bikes handled the climb with ease. Just used peddle assist never did use the throttle. On the flat and small hills I didn't use any power so had almost a full battery when I got back.

The wife used peddle assist all the way there and all the way back. She only has a 12.5 Ah battery and she got home with about 1/4 battery left. She has never been big on bike riding. As a kid she rode bikes a lot, but as she got older she prefer to stay off of them, but she really enjoyed the ride on her E-bike.

So far it's been great. Not many k's on it yet but lots of power when you need it. I probably ride 65% of the time with the power off.

Do you feel it heavy at all? The specs say it's 78 lbs, much heavier than the others like NMC Aspen + (67 lbs), Rad Rover 5 (71 lbs) and Volt Yukon Step thru (70 lbs). Wondering if it's because of the two racks included and a larger battery?

I'm still debating which one to buy...

I have a T1000 and yes it's heavy but you get used to it and honestly the difference between 70 and 78lbs isn't that noticeable imo. Battery, racks, tires they all add up. I've had it for about 2 weeks and 100m and have not had any major issues.

I don't find it heavy at all. But then again, I ride a fully dressed Harley Davidson so its light to me. But I am 60 and when I picked it up I was able to lift it up and put it in my Utility trailer by myself. I lifted it up over the side, which is about 4 1/2 feet high and lifted it out when I got home. I mean it is not as light as my old regular mountain bike but over all, I don't find it heavy.

When I am riding, you don't notice any weight at all. feels like any other bike.
