I'm a bit late to this thread, but then the trip Time and Distance not increasing only started this morning. I had stopped to chat to my neighbor, and when I started off again after the 2nd time, I noticed that Distance and Time hadn't moved. Cadence, speed, Torque and Power were behaving normally, as was assist level. I tried several things, stopping short of resetting the Nyon or doing a firmware update. It's on a Gazelle C380+, Bosch System 2.
To cut a long story short, about a month ago, I'd noticed that the handlebar switch was missing my presses, or sometimes giving me 2 when I'd only asked for one. As I also have another bike with a Kiox, which uses the same controller, I bought a new left thumb switching control, and without much hope, I fitted it this afternoon. I hope my confidence isn't misplaces; I've only tested it once, but function is back to normal.
As an aside, I'm glad to see Bosch posting at least some detail about firmware updates at last, even if they are as superficial as you'd expect. If there is still a Bosch rep on this forum serving time in purgatory, thy are welcome to PM me and I'll tell them their mistake in programming for Enviolo transmissions, the workaround, and why I won't be updating my firmware in case my workaround goes away.
