Nyon Display (Ver 2?) Not giving me Trip Distance and Time, but everything else appears to work.

I have a R&M Load 60, Bosch Nyon Display, the portrait style version. This morning everything worked normally, I got speed/power/GPS Turn by Turn and Odometer racking up the miles. Except my Trip Distance and Trip Time just showed -- for each. I removed the computer, held power till it said Goodbye, turned computer back on, reinstalled on bike, and the issue persisted.

Is there a Hard Reboot for the computer, or something else I should look at?

get a screen that shows my power. if that's not showing then nothing will be recorded. I have had this issue with some of my nyons. sometimes removing them and putting them back on rebooting helped or resetting it.. once in a while. this is a real issue if you use a Nyon on more than one bike. Cleaning the terminals has worked too.

Now that you mention power, If I went to the screen that shows Power Output/User output (A screen I typically do not do) that was always showing blank. I logged into the Ebike Connect and this mornings ride was also not recorded. I do remove my computer every time my bike is parked. So I will clean the terminals. You mention Resetting, is that Resetting to factory defaults? Thank You.

I found if the power is not showing the Nyon does not record the ride. one of my nyons was really bad about this. a few times a year it would act up. but this was so much worse when I attempted to use one Nyon for two bikes. but I think its more of a nyon issue than anything else but you never know.
