Just out of interest, why did the bike shop simply not use the walk assist mode button when checking the propulsion?
Forgetting for a moment the error codes detailed by the shop, what error code did the bike display to you on the HDMI?
I suspect that either the motor and HDMI need re flashing or that you have a pcb fault within the battery.
