New Luna Fixed Stealth Owner

If you want more torque up hills consider a higher tooth chainring (larger diameter)
Luna Stealth comes with a 55T chainring, which is pretty large. I'd think lowering to ~45T would help more with pedaling up steep hills, though the bike's top speed will be cut. Maybe ask Luna?

I like how clean it is. It is stealthy. I love Stealthy Bikes! This is one I rode to brunch today, photo taken today. It is a three-speed. A lot of us who are well-known will ask blunt questions. It is not offensive and can be an opening, such as 'Why did you choose those tires?' Example response, Because I will be doing gravel + trails + urban and not much road or mountain. This fleshes out the conversation eliciting a response to the response, furthering the conversation. It does not put the kybosh on it. We will also tease and have a sense of humor. The thread on Spandex is one example of this.

I had to look at it a couple times to figure the water bottle is the battery.

I won’t change anything. It is a stop gap bike until Arcimoto comes out with their trike (if it fits in our tiny elevator). No way am I hauling a 100 lb bike up 2 flights of stairs.

I make eTrikes. They are weird 2 dimensional objects, flat landers. You need to practice for 20 minutes doing figure eights in a safe place before riding or you will have close calls or crash. Walk assist helps up stairs. Because I want to lean I have trouble with them. People who ride them daily love them. Some fold in half for storage or elevators. Then the wheels all align. That is great for locking too. You can even install an Ape Bar for more upright riding. A big basket goes between the rear wheels.

The Arcimoto is a tilting reverse trike that electronically can stay upright when parked. It is very different from any other bike in that there is no belt or chain, has 3 in-hub motors, and is semi recumbent.
