Need new cranks for Haibike fx/rx

Hi, I'm in San Francisco area and messed up my right crank while riding(hit a rock with pedal) rethreading was not an option according to local bike shop. In order to order new set of cranks, had to go through local ebike dealer and it's taken like two weeks for cranks to arrive. Anyone have any recommendations on a way to get parts for these bikes easier? Thanks.

That seems about right. Needed parts for my former Pedego and it took a few weeks. One, when did your LBS put in the order, two, how responsive is the manufacturer, and three, how soon does the LBS get back to you. In my case there were delays in each phase. I think the turn around was three weeks and it seemed like a month.
