How di carry extra battery?

hello everyone i am.looking to see how to carry an extra battery as i have 2 but not sure how to go about it are there special bags or mounts for the xp to hold the battery any suggestions would help thanks.

Do you put it under the pannier bag the xp xomes with ? And velcro around iit?

I ride a Specialized Vado so I can't address your specific question, but searching the thread I linked to above might answer your question.

I put my spare battery in an Ortlieb Classic pannier, with foam around it to protect the pannier. It takes less than 1/2 of the 22L pannier so plenty of room for more 'stuff' (water, snacks...).

No pic of the battery in the pannier, but here's my ebike outfitted for a bikepacking trip;

I usually put the spare battery in the left pannier as it's outfitted with an extra rear light for oncoming traffic when I don't need the volume of the other bags.

I can carry two batteries in a Topeak MX Bag.

Thanks for posting this thread. I've been looking hard to find a way to possibly store an extra battery.

We found a saddle bag through REI that holds an extra battery, repair kit, pump,etc. We added a under saddle bottle carrier that allows us to anchor the bag. Velcro straps secure the bag to the rear rack. Works great
