Experience with Tongsheng 36v 350w mid-drive kit anyone?

If you use a bit of common sense, and don't ride like a maniac, classic rim brakes are perfectly adequate.

Aren't 26" rims just a huge disc?;)
I install 945mm long rim brakes. These have replaceable inserts. And the TS 350W is great provided that the throttle is removed, levers removed, speed sensor removed and the wheel diameter is set at the smallest number and the speed is set at 45Km/Ph or in 'Japan' mode, not Euro mode. The six wire models work better than the eight wire models to the displays. Keep cadence over 60. The standard secondary motor mount goes on the chain stays just behind the seat tube so it does not work for some bikes. Also the standard stainless M8 bolt is too short and weak, so it should be upgraded at installation or it will snap. I have a few recent builds a PedalUma.com if you want to see some build ideas.
