Engwe EN folding Fat tire 750W display problems?

Just taken delivery fo Engwe EN and straight of the bat Problems!!!
the LED display will not allow me to scroll up and down in Advance settings
does any one have experience with Key- Display KD 896 ebike Display
This means I can’t just the parameters and setup the bike to my liking.

Hmm, that's a bummer! I'm sorry @rod's Engwen, I am not super familiar with this bike, nor do I have a display like yours on hand to mess with. Maybe someone else will chime in to help, or you can contact the company and get a replacement display or controller? It almost sounds like the buttons aren't working, but if that was the case, they would also not work for changing assist... maybe they locked the advanced display settings so you cannot change them? I'd contact Engwe to ask for help :/

Yes Thanks for your suggestions.I have contacted the seller
and resolved the issue which was ignorance on my part
being unfamiliar with this display unit. The directions booklet
difficult to understand and contacting seller problematic
and so far uncooperative. .
